Conveniently measure your ring size at home so that you can buy a ring online with confidence that it will fit.
One of the biggest issues with falling in love with a ring you see online is not knowing if it will fit you. Having a tool handy like this one can alleviate this problem once and for all. This ring sizer is adjustable and reusable so that you can use it again and again.
While this is gauge is not as accurate as getting your finger professionally sized, this is still a great way to get a sense of what your ring size is. Our fingers naturally fluctuate in size from time to time depending on the weather, time of day or even what you've recently eaten. Please keep this in mind when deciding on the size you need. Usually a half size is enough to account for any fluctuations.
Another important thing to note is width of the ring band you are sizing for. The wider the band, the tighter it will fit. In this case, it's a good idea to size up 1/4 or 1/2 size bigger to accommodate the fit.
Instructions:
The ring sizing gauge works like a belt. Simply push the end through the buckle to form a ring shape. Slip the gauge onto your finger. Adjust to give a comfortable fit, checking that it just slips back over the knuckle. When the best fit is achieved, read off the size indicated by the arrow (size 7 is shown in the second photo). If it is between two numbers, it is a half size larger than the last visible number. Still unsure if you've read it right?
