Lost Packages

  • If an order is lost in the mail or marked as delivered, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact USPS to locate the lost package. Once the package leaves my studio, it is completely in the hands of the postal service. Cara Carter Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered and not received or packages that are lost in the mail. 
  • Make sure to always double check your mailing address on your order to ensure you are shipping to the correct address. Once an order is shipped, I am not able to change the shipping address to have it routed to the correct address. If you notice that you accidentally inputted the wrong shipping address, please contact me immediately and I will attempt to update it before your order is shipped out. 

Repair Policy

At Cara Carter Jewelry, quality and craftsmanship is my top priority. If you experience the need for repair on any of your Cara Carter Jewelry pieces, please contact me at cara@caracarterjewelry.com and include the following information:

  • Description of Jewelry Piece
  • Repair Needs
  • Order Number or Date of Purchase

I will repair at no charge any breakage caused by a manufacturer defect within 120 days of purchase. 

Repairs needed after 120 days of purchase or caused by wear or damage will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repair cost will be provided after inspection of the piece. I will contact you when the repair is ready and invoice you to cover the repair charge (usually in the $25+ range) plus $7.50 for return shipping. This includes refinishing of the jewelry.
