Shipping policy

I offer free USPS shipping on all US orders over $100; an $8 shipping and handling fee is added to all orders under $100.  In-stock jewelry will ship within 1-2 days of your order. For made-to-order jewelry, production time varies from 3-10 business days, although I strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. All US orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Once mailed, USPS packages are typically delivered in 3-5 business days.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking URL via email. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact me at cara@caracarterjewelry.com before you place your order to make sure I can ship the order to you in time.
