Queen of the Cat Ladies - Monarch Opal and Tourmaline Sterling Silver Necklace

This may be the most unique piece I've made to date! I had a cat head shaped Monarch Opal that I didn't know what to do with... and somehow this majestic pendant was the result. The Monarch Opal is a milky pale blue that flashes a rainbow of pastel colors. It is set in oxidized sterling silver along with a deep pink tourmaline on its crown and crystal "jewelry". This was a fun piece to make and it's even more fun to wear!

Monarch Opal is a captivating lab-created opal with vibrant play-of-color similar to that of natural opals and it closely resembles the physical and optical properties of natural opals.

The pendant height is 1.75" and width is 1.25" and it comes on a 20" sterling silver necklace.
